We try to ship all in-stock items within three business days. If there is an extended delay in our ability to ship your order, we will notify you via e-mail and give you the option to cancel the order or continue waiting for the items to become available. If a backorder shipment is necessary, you will not be charged additional per-order shipping fees for each shipment.
Estimated delivery times are from date of shipment and do not include order processing time (typically 2-3 days). Orders to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS. All other orders are sent via our choice of carriers to best deliver your order safely and securely.
We ship orders worldwide, but international orders may experience additional processing time while we verify cardholder information with the credit card-issuing bank. You are responsible for any duties or tariffs for international shipments.

We are required to collect Sales Tax of 9.75% on orders shipped to California addresses only. In California, tax is calculated on the total of the product and shipping charges.
For sanitary reasons, the glow gloves are not returnable once opened from their sealed packaging, unless defective. Defective gloves must be reported to us within ten days of shipment delivery, and must be received back within thirty days of receipt of goods. Defective gloves can only be exchanged for an identical replacement item only. Unopened gloves may be exchanged or returned for a refund within thirty days from receipt of goods. Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment. If upon inspection, the
returned item is not in new, unopened condition, the return will be rejected and the item sent
back to the customer. Please read our sizing description carefully before purchase to ensure gloves will fit properly, as we cannot accept returns due to fit issues.
All purchases from GlowGloves.com are transacted through our main website, Clubthings.com. Unless noted in the product description, any other products purchased through GlowGloves.com or Clubthings.com may be exchanged or returned per the policies stated on the Clubthings.com website.
Returns not due to our error must be shipped prepaid to us. If an incorrect item was shipped to you in error, we will pay your return shipping costs upon request. We will either issue you a prepaid return label or we will reimburse you via your original order payment form for the cost of your shipping. We recommend shipping via a traceable method as we cannot be responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by carriers. We will not charge you shipping for replacement shipments for any exchanges.
Original shipping charges for an order are non-refundable unless the product is being returned due to a shipping error.
If a package is delivered which you feel was damaged due to improper handling by the carrier, we ask that you let us know so that we may properly process damage claims with the carrier.
If an item is missing from your order, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation.
